Kelly Reeser, managing director of TechFarms Capital, participated on a panel discussion with professionals from the utility economic development association's winter forum in Panama City. The panel highlighted talent strategies that employers and communities could implement in order to remain competitive in a very tight labor market. Reeser spoke to talent retention strategies, specifically targeting younger generations in the workforce today!
